I always buy protein from this store and the representatives here are always happy help, polite and great to talk to. Last night I was running late and reached at the store at exactly 8 and the rep politely said Sir we are closed. I requested him that I know what I need and will just pick it and pay for it right away. He was very kind to let me in and make the purchase and went out of his way. I appreciated the gesture and was very thankful.

UPDATE. Recently made a purchase online, cheaper than anywhere else online and expiry date was 2026. Called 7 mins to closing and staff in duty, Chad offered to stay late to mass off my purchase if I could make it over. Truly didn't need to offer this type of customer service, but went above and beyond... Greatly appreciated! Nick, cares for clients and goes above and beyond with enthusiasm. Best place for supplements in town.
